The article deals with the definitions of the module, modular training, as an example of discipline “theory and technology development of mathematical concepts in children” suggested a block diagram of the course, the formulation of a comprehensive didactic purpose, integrating didactic purpose of the module „Development of mathematical concepts in children”, didactic purposes one theme „Development of ideas about shapes and shape of objects”.
