Abstract:

This article aims to explore and present to readers the challenges facing adult vocational training. Teaching and interacting with them is not an easy task in cases where they are not motivated or learning is accompanied by life`s trials and crises. Dealing with each challenge in the course of the training process is a prerequisite for successful learning and future employment. The analysis is based on the results of professional experience and observations, as well as data from empirical research.
