Abstract:
The article presents the interaction with parents, through the training, as an innovative form of cooperation with families in the preschool institution. The practices unite children-teachers-parents in celebrating national and world holidays, in a four-year cycle, starting from the first age group and reaching the fourth age group, integrating the training form. At the end of the four-year period, the teachers of the group concluded that conducting the training, in addition to supporting the formation of civic education in children aged 4-7 years (during the celebration of national holidays), but also fulfills the annual plan for interaction with parents. As a result, the relationships between the participants in the educational process are improved, as proven by a survey among the children‘s parents, four years later, after the completion of kindergarten. The long time interval is used as evidence of the durability of parents‘ memories of this past stage, a factor in the quality and effectiveness of the process that led to prosperity and sustainability in the interaction with families.
