Abstract:

This article studies the nature and content of the concepts of special proceedings, general rules and special rules in criminal procedure, and highlights the differences between them. Emphasis is placed on the significance of these concepts in the context of the differentiation of criminal procedure. The paper also analyzes hypotheses of referral, deficiencies in the legal framework, and contradictions between separate normative rules.
