Abstract:
This article presents a theoretical and applied research on locus of control and styles of participation in group work, considered as factors in the optimization and management of human resources in the administration. Data from empirical research are analyzed and summarized and recommendations are formulated for effective motivation and active involvement of employees in the performance of their duties.
