Abstract:

The article examines the political, economic and value aspects of contemporary crisis in the area of global and local interactions. Actualized the problem of development of management techniques in the context of socio-ecological theory, on the basis of which it is possible to carry out comprehensive monitoring contentious factors in a situation of heightened tension and crisis tendencies.
