Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of the socio-psychological training mechanisms and the influence of a group on individuals. The author describes the phenomenon of «helping relationships» in training groups and contrasts this phenomenon with manipulations. Showed the author’s approach to understanding the mechanisms of socio-psychological training.
