Abstract:

In today‘s dynamically developing business environment, organizations face different moral issues and challenges, not only in terms of their competitiveness but also in terms of the most important assets of each company – its employees. Organizational management often overlooks the impact of values as a key component of organizational culture and individual`s motivation, which have a direct impact in decision-making on a given action, inactivity and behavior of employees in a work environment. Recognizing employees as the primary carrier of ethical commitment in the working atmosphere, the paper examines the link between the issue of moral responsibility in business with organizational values and the motivation of employees.
