Abstract:

In today’s world, there is a worrying tendency to increase aggressive behavior among adolescents. Mankind is dissatisfied with the inability of the judiciary to cope with violence and aggression, and because of the increasing worldwide crime, is looking for practical ways to restore the disturbed peace between society and individuals. Thus, Restorative Justice (Restorative Justice – from the English – language semantics of the word is conceptually sought to mean restoration and restitution) emerges as a rescue tool. With her humane approach, she comes to the world to restore justice and disturbed community. Its main purpose is to heal the victim of crime and repair the damage caused. In many countries, it serves to reduce youth crime.
