Abstract:

Inclusive education aims to educate children with special educational needs (SEN) in the general education environment, striving to ensure equal access to quality education for all children. This article highlights the importance of resource support and the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process as elements that can significantly contribute to enhancing the accessibility and quality of education for children with SEN. Despite the existence of various support initiatives and programmes, the study identifies gaps in the system and offers a set of recommendations for improvement, such as increasing the number of specialists, enhancing their qualification, and implementing a customized approach in the educational process. The results of a survey among parents reveal deficiencies in communication and feedback between parents and educational specialists, as well as the need for more personalized approaches and adaptive educational strategies. The research emphasizes the importance of collaboration between parents, teachers, and specialists to achieve successful inclusive education that meets the unique needs of each child.
