Abstract:
The topic of anxiety is relevant in today’s society, where the teaching profession faces a number of challenges. The diverse responsibilities of primary school teachers are further complicated by the emotional intensity of working with young students, the pressure to achieve academic success during the NFE, and in some cases, limited access to resources and support. Over time, these factors can lead to chronic stress and anxiety, which not only affects teachers’ mental health but also their effectiveness in the classroom and student achievement. This article examines the nature of anxiety and the various causes of anxiety, its effects on primary school teachers, as well as strategies that can be used for prevention.
