Abstract:
This article presents the results of an empirical study examining the influence of certain socio-demographic characteristics on the manifestations of alienation in teaching. The purpose of the study conducted is to examine the influence of socio-demographic factors such as gender, age, and work experience on job alienation in the population of teachers studied. In order to realize the objective of the study thus set, a questionnaire survey and a self-assessment methodology were applied to diagnose the level of alienation from work. The analysis of the results shows that 70% of the study population of teachers lack manifestations of alienation from work, 20% have indicators of accumulating boredom and alienation from work, and 10% of teachers have the presence of manifestations of alienation from work.
