Abstract:

The essence of mourning is not to give ourselves time to let go of the past and forget about someone who was extremely important to us in shaping us as individuals, as a parent would be for their child. This period serves to process the pain, regardless of how quickly this happens, the goal is to have a healing effect, which is expressed in the memory of the deceased filling the heart with love, gratitude, acceptance, and humility in the face of death. It takes a lot of strength and courage to face the reality that cannot be changed. It takes a lot of energy to enjoy life despite the bitter taste of difficult moments. But difficulties are an important part of our daily lives, but not the only part, we are filled with moments of happiness and joy, love and dedication, pride and satisfaction. We must stay here and now and believe that IT WILL NOT BE LIKE THIS and that everything is in our hands.
