Abstract:

The main challenge facing the philosophy of management in politics and business is the prospect of its humanization, addressing the needs of people, rather than the ridiculous enthusiasm for the penetration of machines and the replacement of humans by robots. The main theories of governance are subjected to critical analysis from philosophical positions. Reasons for aligning governance with human rights, needs and interests are presented. The relationship between governance and power is critically examined. Grounds are drawn for the preferential application of axiological criteria in the evaluation of governance decisions.
