Резюме:

The specific socio-political model created by the unusual union of the identical interests of liberals and clericals brought about a revolutionary situation in the southern provinces of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The compromise mood of the new Belgian political elite affected the work and decisions of parliamentarians that shaped the constitutional framework of the new state. A distinctive feature of the 1831 Belgian Constitution is not so much its acknowledged liberal spirit as its ability to withstand numerous transformations and revisions, and to preserve its original nature until today.
