Abstract:

In the context of the rapid digitalization of education, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is becoming an essential component in improving interactions between educational institutions and students. The study explores the integration of CRM systems in the educational environment by using distributed web systems architecture. Through the implementation of such an architecture, institutions can effectively manage data and student relationships, facilitating the personalization of the educational experience and improving communication. The paper analyzes the advantages of implementing CRM systems in education, including automating administrative processes, improving access to information, and increasing student satisfaction. Challenges encountered in integrating these systems, such as ensuring data security and interoperability with existing platforms, are also discussed. The paper demonstrates the positive impact of using distributed web systems architecture in the implementation of CRM in educational institutions, highlighting effective strategies for optimizing the educational experience. The results obtained suggest that the integration of CRM in education provides a significant transformation in the way institutions interact with students, thereby contributing to an increase in their academic success.
