Abstract:
Digital technologies have shaped and developed today’s online markets with a new type of users that differ significantly from their offline predecessors. These technologies allowed for the automatic collection and analysis of personalized information on which digital marketing is based. Online markets are global markets for billions, which have a much faster and more promising growth than offline markets. They have significant potential for growth in the mobile phone segment, and so on. smart devices. Their growth will depend on internet penetration, web upload speed, online consumption culture, easy payment options, and speed of delivery. As a result of technological transformations, the traditional marketing toolbox “4R” expands its scope. New marketing tools are being developed – SAVE (Solution, Access, Value, Education), 4S (Scope, Site, Synergy, System) Synergies and integration of business processes with customers are achieved thanks to digital tools because they are more interactive, more personalized, more targeted, and generally more accurate and more cost-effective and more efficient.
