Information and communication technologies in teaching programming

Abstract:

This paper considers some opportunities for usеing of information and communication technologies to improve the process of teaching data structures and programming. Graphical demo programs and applets could be used for demonstration and learning, also interactive special software for teaching, learning and examination. Intranet and Internet are very useful for group class work and homework. Some examples are considered.
