Abstract:

The complex view of health suggests a new approach to it, placing new emphasis upon health-educational politics, and taking into consideration health’s different aspects: physical, psychological, emotional, mental and social ones. The following research examines education and its health aspect. This kind of education is a new method, which aims at creating the right attitude of mind and forming new skills, not only offering different ways to improve your health. This study presents a new conception of health promotion, the nature of health education, motivation problems and some factors which influence on the healtheducational process such as family and school environment.
