Competitiveness of Bulgarian Wine in International Markets

Abstract:

The article presents main export markets for realization of Bulgarian wine. Attention is focused on revealing of the established trends and opportunities in these markets. The dynamic changes in exported quantities and in the size of the market shares are analyzed. Тhe main competitors of Bulgarian wine sector are established for each market individually and total for the world. Some advantages and disadvantages of the sector are established and recommendations for improving market performance are given.
