Резюме:

The article aims to explore style as a textual strategy in the formation of the literary concept suffering in the Bulgarian modern drama. Given the cognitive structures and processes that determine the origin and perception of literary texts, a layered cognitive-stylistic analysis is drawn up. Based on this analysis, the cognitive signs that represent the literary concept suffering in the Bulgarian modern drama are presented.
