The paper presents quest research on the communication channels used in the Ministry of Defense and their effectiveness and problems. Communication is one of the conditions for proper and efficient operation of an organization and, therefore, it is necessary to establish channels for internal and external communication. Communication channels ensure that information achieves the goals communicated to staff and management understands the challenges of achieving them.
