The work throws light on the notion of ’outsideness’, which is, to the autor’s opion, crucial for the architectonics of Bakhtin’s dialogism; it defines this system as an aestetical- ethical one. The author’s attempt is to point out the seminally phylosophic and integral foundation of Bakhtin’s theory, which, from the first works written in his twenties, to their publication half a century later, had not been changed; such a course in the research led to the paper in which the fundamental almost concept of outsideness was treated for the first time – “Author and Hero in Aestetic Activity”
