Abstract:

Talk about the Fast and the Tears and about the Honest Icons, given on the First Sunday of the Long Lent (probably between the end of 1403 - 1406) by Grigory Tsamblak, was issued according to the transcript of Stuck. 63 with different readings according to BAN 13.3.19. The new Bulgarian translation is accompanied by explanatory notes in order to show more simply and accessibly for the contemporary reader the richness of the artistic world, and the unique talent of the gifted Bulgarian theologian and philologist.
