Abstract:

Language policy is an activity related to the organization and management of verbal communication in certain social groups, managed mainly by state institutions. The article presents a standpoint about the language policy of the state and the foreign policy of the Bulgarian studies - two institutions in which the dialogue either does not exist or is conducted in different languages. Their pursuit of policy synchronization is sought by the mediation of the media, whose activities lead to better results than the ones achieved by the state and the Bulgarian studies. Thanks to the attitudes imposed by the media public, the problem can be considered to be familiar. And that must be resolved by the state and by the Bulgarian studies.
