Then the models of the work organization of Frederic Laloux are briefly presented. Two of these models are directly linked to the analysis of the novel. In the characters of the protagonist Darius Kopp and his wife Flora two different models of work organizations are identified and analyzed, which correspond to two different ideological paradigms.
