Abstract:
The publication examines the competition in complex compound with subordinate circumstantial clauses for a condition between the future tenses (future tense, future perfect, future in the past, future perfect in the past) and the two conditional moods (analytic conditional mood – eventualis, and synthetic conditional mood – potentialis). Examples illustrate the possibility or impossibility of substitution between the future tenses in the indicative mood and the two conditionals in four patterns. It is suggested at which level of The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages the competition between the future tenses in the indicative mood and the conditional moods should be presented.
