The proposed work needs to be applied throughout the year’s training process. Initially, the introductory proposals should rely on the undeniable fact that the handball “sports education” takes between 6 and 8 years (Dimkova, 2008). Of course, there are exceptions, but as “exceptions,” it confirms the rule: “Any serious handball school must have a multi-year work plan on the basis of which one-year courses will work with special plans and programs for every age. These plans must include and cover the content of the work for each age category separately, given that “handball clubs” offer in any case: the theory of handball, technique, tactics, physical training and what most children, who are interested and motivated: play, handball, of course. Through this concept we propose extending the preparation period for handball children and youth in a long learning process through an exemplary four-year cycle, reducing the contact age, organizing training in this discipline and changing the way of learning in each age group. Purpose of the study: Our goal is to form a strategy for 10-year handball players. Increasing the amount of training hours through specialized training to better adapt to specific handball skills. Our main task is: to offer constructive solutions for working with young handball players. Conclusion: The practice of playing handball, practicing everyday sports, is not only considered as a health status, but also as an influence on the creation of a young person as a social being.
