Резюме:


The main goal of the article is to study the current state of the organization, implementation, and quality of the practical vocational training of future primary teachers. For this purpose, it presents the opinions and assessment of students studying for the profession of primary teacher in various full-time and part-time Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in pedagogy, of young primary teachers with no more than three years of experience, as well as of primary school principals. The article analyzes the results of a research conducted using the interview method, and it proposes summaries, conclusions, and recommendations regarding the overall organization and optimization of the practical vocational training of students.
