In the proposed article, we will present the issue related to the role and tasks of the psychotherapist of possibility-focused psychotherapy. Of course, this will be a very synthetic approach. In the first part, we will discuss what possibility-focused psychotherapy is, we will also discuss what memory is, then we will present the role and tasks of the psychotherapist using the example of the diagnosis: trauma - depression. In conclusion, we will summarize.
