Резюме:
This research aims to analyze current data on the experience, attitudes and motivation for participation in additional training in a digital environment in Bulgaria. Through empirical data and theoretical analysis, the key factors that influence participation in these courses, as well as the barriers that hinder the learning process, have been identified.
