The article examines the significance of the STEM pedagogical approach in contemporary education, focusing on the integration of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics into a unified learning model. The model promotes engagement, a research-oriented mindset, and creative thinking, based on interdisciplinarity, project-based learning and the use of technology. The article discusses the potential applications of the STEM approach and its contribution to the development of key competencies for the future.
