Abstract:

The article discusses the urgent problems of the educational process in higher education caused by crisis phenomena in pedagogy as the main way of personality development.One of the ways to overcome the crisis is the formation of the worldview of the teacher, substantiates the content of his intellectual, cognitive, communication, research competencies.
