This article aims to examine the main administrative punishment in the field of public procurement.The subject of the article are: how the general principles of administrative penal law are incorporated in the Public Procurement Act; the subjects of administrative and criminal liability for public procurement infringements; the composition of administrative violations in the sphere of public procurement and the penalties provided for them and the procedure for establishing administrative violations in the sphere of public procurement and imposing of administrative penalties.
