Резюме:
The subject of this research is a specific prerequisite for the termination of criminal proceedings
in public criminal cases, regulated in Article 24, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the Bulgarian Code of Criminal
Procedure. This analysis was necessitated by the fact that the European Union had introduced certain obligations
for the Member States.
