Резюме:
The present article aims at drawing the attention of the professional community towards the issues related to the efficiency of the national government. The efficiency of the national government is to be regarded as a beneficial influence of the governing system upon the governed one. The article is concerned with the interrelation of efficiency and productivity of the national government. It also considers the issue of the indicators and methods of evaluation of the national government.
