Резюме:


Crime against the right of political association is the kind of crime against the political rights of citizens. With its performance. When is done its performance prejudice to the normal exercise of the right. It may be aimed at motivating the holder of the right of political association against his will to participate or not to participate in the party or coalition of parties. Subject to the right of political association can only be a person who has voting rights. This conclusion is based on conditions that Political Parties Act contains in respect of persons who may form or belong to a political party. Only such a person can be a victim of a crime against the right of political association.
