Judicial education differs significantly in EU member states. This occurs on the background of a growing process of European integration and the introduction of common standards in the quality of education, an initiative known as the Bologna process. The aim of this article is to show that EU member states (in particular Austria, Germany and France) have different methodologies and educational systems, but the common European standard has been shown everywhere. To prove the existence of a common European standard in legal education the article conducts analysis with three key parameters: the educational system in the country, the method of teaching and the system of teaching. The analysis found that European standard in legal education in EU member states: Austria, Germany and France is expressed in a rational approach to learning and the emphasis on the practical part of the training (effective application of theory in practice). From this perspective, it can be argued that legal education in Europe is undergoing unification.
