Резюме:
The Civil Procedure Code, enacted as of 01.03.2008, explicitly stipulates the regulation of mediation and other alternative methods of voluntary settlement of disputes in the field of civil procedure. The aim of this issue is to focus to the concept of the term legal dispute in the voluntary dispute resolution in civil procedure by highlighting the popular views on the legal dispute in civil science and jurisprudence, characterized different perspective on this phenomenon and display actual and modern view of this term.
