Резюме:
The issue to what extent religious regulation, which possesses its own specific mechanisms for implementation, is one of the ways for social regulation, is a live question with a view to the specifics of operation and prestige of both law and religion. Scientific and theoretical interest in this issue is growing especially at this moment when Europe is facing the challenge to cope with the difference between two world religions under the conditions of religious pluralism.
