Резюме:
The present article dwells on the topic of e-government and its relation to the concept of governance. The following issues are considered: the availability of specific government bodies which could carry out this function, the possibility to apply e-government to all forms of executive action, etc. The article draws the wellgrounded conclusion that the e-government is a legitimate governance tool.
