he article analyzes the legal right of the parties and the constituted interested third parties to gain access to materials in the proceedings under the law on protection of competition. According to the author the restriction on access to materials containing production, trade or other secret protected by law prejudice the proper exercise of the right of defence of the parties and the constituted interested third parties to the proceedings under the Law on protection of competition and the rulings of the Commission on protection of competition should be subject to appeal before the Supreme Administrative Court in respect of their conformity with the law.
