Резюме:
The present article discusses the amendments to the Law on Territory Planning which were passed in late 2015. These amendments are particularly important because they concern the control over the acts issued. Special attention is paid to the cancellation of article 214а in the Law on Territory Planning and careful consideration is given to the applicability of the administrative review, which is stipulated in article 91 in the Administrative Procedure Code. Several other significant amendments to the Law on Territory Planning, passed in late 2015, are also reviewed.
