The article analyses the procedure to the exoneration from criminal responsibility with imposing of administrative punishment fine under art.78a of the Criminal Code. It lists the resemblances and the differences between the procedure to imposing of administrative punishment in the Administrative Violations and Sanctions Act and in the Criminal Procedure Code. The article considers and anothers procedures and also the procedure to the general order compared with art.78a of the Criminal Code
