The article is dedicated to the problems of the detection of corruption crimes and the responsibility of the state institutions in this respect. A differentiation between detection and investigation of crime is made. On the basis of the results from the activity of the intelligence and controlling institutions, a number of recommendations is made to improve the detection of corruption crimes.
