The article makes a historical and legal analysis of the special administrative-restitution proceedings relating to forests and lands from the forest fund. Several of the peculiarities of the time-barred administrative process under the Restoration of Ownership over Forests and Lands from the Forestry Fund Act have been considered and emphasis is placed on the restitution characteristics of the restoration of ownership over forests.
