This study aims to demonstrate the role of reception in enhancing the image of an institution. The significant development witnessed in today’s world, driven by the global economy and the openness to the implications of the free market, has led to the widespread expansion of economic institutions. These institutions strive to establish a strong position amidst competition in order to increase profits and achieve the highest feasible sales. They employ various means to promote and attract the external public. The reception field within an institution represents a subject worthy of research and study, due to the growing importance of gaining the trust and support of the public in the success of any institution, regardless of its type of activity. This study includes a field investigation conducted at Algeria Telecom.
