Резюме:

This article presents the results of an empirical study of the criminogenic situations in intentional crimes. The criminal’s interaction with the situation is presented from the perspective of the subjective meaning that this situation has for the individual. The personal characteristics of the perpetrators of different types of crimes and their importance for the way the criminal perceives the criminogenic situation are analyzed.
