Резюме:
The article deals with the specifics of professional activities of specialists of helping professions, describes the factors of activity that destabilize the physical, mental and emotional well-being of a person. The analysis of the concept of “professional health” of the specialist is given, the multicomponent of the studied phenomenon is revealed. Special attention is paid to the competence of health saving as one of the most important for professionals helping professions, which allows the professional to regulate the negative manifestations of their health.
