Abstract:

The development of organizational systems necessary demand a new approach to quality control and corrective functions. Studying the phenomenon of “organizational culture”, provides management ensemble of opportunities to develop the appropriate organizational governance model. Culture forms the attitudes of employees to work affirming success, loyalty, devotion, components that improve the functioning of the organizational structure.
